1. Close stock markets forever, so that rich people who are made rich by the stock market will be on par with the ordinary employees.

2. 100% demonetization, meaning no paper currency. This will avoid black money and corruption.

3. Free unmetered services like water, energy (electricity and cooking gas), and primary education for kids. This will save a lot of money for GoI because they don't have to worry about billing water, electricity, and cooking gas using meters and staff. Free education will bring down the social injustice done to poor children. The money for this can be provided if we stop investing in the military and only rely on diplomacy to maintain friendly relations with our neighbors. Switzerland is a good example of this.
